The North West Armed Forces Hospital has three Recreation Centers. The Non-muslim Recreation Center is located across from the hospital. This facility is open daily from 7:30 in the morning until 10:00 in the evening. This Recreation Center consists of a 25-meter swimming pool, games room, theater, video and book library and a large sports hall where fitness classes, karate classes, basketball, volleyball, badminton and indoor tennis are played. It also has a small weights room.

The King Khalid Armed Forces Hospital Recreation Center for Muslims only is located near the King Khaled Armed Forces Hospital and is divided into two separate centers for male and female. This facility is open daily from 2:00 in the afternoon to 10:00 in the evening.

The male side has a 25-meter pool, games room and a large and spacious weights room. The female side has a small Pool, a Fitness Room and a TV Lounge.

The Recreation Center for males only at the new support service camp consists of a games room, a weights room, and a TV area. Near the Recreation Center, there are two cricket pitches, a soccer field and a basketball court.

You can spend your free time inside the recreation center where there is lots of fun to ease out your stress after work,or space to relax at the weekend. Let's start the afternoon by being fit and trim. First on the list is Circuit Training Exercises. It is a complete set of activities where you can run, jump, lift weights, and exercise to lose those belly those thighs, strengthen your kicks or shape up your behind, Taibo class is best for you. Also for those bodybuilding enthusiasts have a weightlifting room equipped with a complete facility that will really shape your figure. After that long stressful activity, you can soak and freshen yourself in the 25-meter pool, or you can simply relax under the heat of the sun or enjoy the rest of he day with a barbecue. If you are an active games enthusiast there's a room built just for you where you can play billiards, darts, and table tennis. If you want relaxation and a quiet place to stay, there is a garden at the center of the hall, a library where you can read your favorite books and novels, or rent your desired movie to watch at home or the mini video room. Last but not the least, let us not forget the beauty salon to end the long day and face the new day with a glow.
